I had no idea what N**** was or how to use my plan when I first joined. The team took the time to educate me about my rights, funding categories, and how to choose supports that suit my goals. They never made me feel silly for asking questions. Now I understand my plan and feel confident making my own decisions. I’m really grateful for the patience and knowledge they shared.

When my dad was discharged from hospital after a long stay, I didn’t know where to start with his NDIS plan. The coordinator was incredible — they handled the hospital team, arranged urgent supports, and helped us find the right home modifications and nursing care. They made sure D****’s transition home was safe and smooth. As a daughter juggling full-time work, that support meant the world to me and my family.

I live with severe anxiety and navigating the NDIS used to make me panic. But since working with this team, I’ve gained confidence. They always check in gently, let me process information at my own pace, and even help me plan appointments so I don’t feel overloaded. For the first time, I feel supported and in control of my plan. E**** really care about my wellbeing, not just paperwork.
