What happens after Karista connects you to a provider?
Once Karista has connected you to a suitable provider, they will be in touch to organise:

1. Initial Consultation: to assess your specific needs and preferences. |
|
2. Customised Care Plan: Based on the consultation, a personalised care plan will be developed. |
|
3. Service Commencement: Services will begin according to the agreed care plan, ensuring all your needs are met. |
Karista is always available for any questions or changes you might need to your provider, ensuring you are always supported.

How does Karista work?
Karista provides a free, independent service connecting you with disability and home care services, therapists and support workers based on your personal needs and goals. Our Client Services team are experienced in finding and connecting NDIS and Aged Care (HCP & SAH) participants to supports with availability.

The Karista Client Services team will connect you with Providers that meet your needs and have capacity.

You choose the provider that suits you best
Karista will then complete the paperwork (with your consent) so you can spend less time on admin and more time on the things that matter.
