What is NDIS Employment Support?
NDIS Employment Support helps people with disabilities to find and maintain a job. It can include training to learn new skills; help to look for work; and support once on the job. The goal is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same opportunity to work as everyone else.

What type of training and assistance does Employment Support include?
Employment Support can offer many types of training and support including:
| 1. Job Skills Training: Learn new or improve the skills you have to help you in your job. |
| 2. Job Search Help: Get help finding a job that matches what you're good at and what you like to do. |
| 3. Workplace Assistance: Once you have a job, these supports make sure you can do your work well. This might include special equipment or changes to your workplace. |
| 4. Support Workers: Sometimes, a Support worker can come with you to your job to help you adjust and do your best. |

This category is all about helping you build your skills and independence, including finding and keeping a job. Our Client Services team are experienced in finding and connecting NDIS and Aged Care (HCP & SAH) participants to supports with availability.

The Karista Client Services team will connect you with Providers that meet your needs and have capacity.

Karista will then complete the paperwork (with your consent) so you can spend less time on admin and more time on the things that matter.
