What is NDIS Employment Support?
NDIS Employment Support helps people with disabilities to find and maintain a job. It can include training to learn new skills; help to look for work; and support once on the job. The goal is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same opportunity to work as everyone else.

What type of training and assistance does Employment Support include?
Employment Support can offer many types of training and support including:
| 1. Job Skills Training: Learn new or improve the skills you have to help you in your job. |
| 2. Job Search Help: Get help finding a job that matches what you're good at and what you like to do. |
| 3. Workplace Assistance: Once you have a job, these supports make sure you can do your work well. This might include special equipment or changes to your workplace. |
| 4. Support Workers: Sometimes, a support worker can come with you to your job to help you adjust and do your best. |

I went onto the website and put in my information, within two minutes I had a phone call. I spoke to Ellen who was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job explaining everything I needed to know and making me feel calm in a situation I've never had to navigate before. Definitely recommend this company (and the happy Ellen) to any parent/person who's looking for help in a plan manager.
