I’ve been working with G**** for two years now and it’s been a really positive experience. I genuinely feel that both workers and participants are listened to and valued. Every participant I’ve supported has had nothing but great things to say about B****, which speaks volumes about the team and the work being done. I’ve also had the chance to work alongside some incredible support workers despite being in this field for years, I’ve picked up new skills and perspectives from them. B**** and samir are very helpful, I love when bilal pops by my home to check up on me, he always puts a smile on my face. My support workers have helped me become more independent!
