They are a wonderful team and help me understand my plan and helped me with all the supports I need. Provided me Support Workers that actually understand my needs. They are helping me become more involved and get out more. I am actually enjoying my life now. Recommend optimum care for best support. A very happy customer.

M**** helped me a lot with my NDIS plan, I was with a different organisation before and did not receive any updates or any services. Since I signed my service agreement with Optimum Care, they have helped mw with Support worker and Support coordination and OT and physio. I recommend Optimum Care for anyone who for anyone struggling with the NDIS.
