Dream Care Direction is a dedicated and client-focused NDIS service provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with disability. We specialise in Support coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, helping participants understand their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate services, and build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their personal goals.

 

Our services extend to in-home and community-based supports, including assistance with activities of daily living, Personal Care, community participation, transport, Respite services, and housing and accommodation support. We work closely with participants, families, and service providers to ensure coordinated, seamless care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.
