About

Premium Home Care Service — Company Overview
At Premium Home Care Service (PHCS), we are proud to be a registered provider of both aged-care in-home services and disability support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Support @ Home program. We operate primarily out of Adelaide, South Australia, with a branch in West Footscray, Victoria.

At our core, we offer person-centred, flexible support designed to help participants remain comfortable, independent, and engaged in their own homes and communities.

Services & Support Offered

Aged Care — Support @ Home (and Home Care Packages)
We deliver government-funded care under the Support @ Home program, catering for varying levels of care needs — from low to high or complex. Our support includes personal care (such as showering and dressing), domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, shopping), meal preparation, transport support, medication management, allied-health support, and social support.

NDIS / Disability Support Services
As a registered NDIS provider, we are able to deliver a broad range of supports, including:
* Assistance with daily personal activities (personal care, household tasks)
* Transport and travel support (door-to-door transport for appointments, community access, and outings)
* Community and social participation support (help to engage in community activities and build social connections)
* Assistance with life-stage transitions and skill development — tailored support to help participants manage change and build life skills such as budgeting, daily routines, and independent-living skills.

Approach & Values
We emphasise a person-centred and respectful care philosophy. Our approach recognises that every individual has unique strengths, preferences, and support needs — whether due to age, physical impairment, disability, or other life circumstances.

Our team works collaboratively with participants, families, allied-health professionals, and support coordinators to design care plans that respect each person’s dignity, autonomy, and personal goals.

Flexibility is at the heart of what we do: we provide support across a wide spectrum — from basic daily-living assistance to complex care needs — enabling people to remain comfortably at home rather than moving into residential care.

Coverage & Reach
We are based in Westbourne Park (Adelaide, SA), with a branch in West Footscray (Melbourne, VIC). We service all of metropolitan Adelaide and selected Melbourne locations on request.

The Team
As a family-run business, we are able to provide a personalised, boutique service with a strong focus on matching each participant with a care team who truly understands their needs and can build a strong, trusting personal relationship.

When People Might Choose PHCS
We aim to be a great fit for:
* Older adults who want to remain living at home but need help with everyday tasks, personal care, domestic assistance, or social support.
* People living with a disability who require NDIS-funded support and wish to remain in their own home or familiar environment.
* Families or carers looking for reliable and flexible care — from short-term assistance to long-term ongoing support.
* Individuals seeking a provider that offers tailored, inclusive care plans that respect their preferences, independence, and dignity.
* Clients who need support not only for physical needs but also for community participation, social engagement, and life-skills development.

P**** H**** C**** S**** have been game changing for my mother and her care. We have had personalised, caring and helpful support from them and they have enriched my mums life. When I can't be there to care for her, it's great to know that she is in the hands of a team who are so genuinely compassionate and caring.
