About

Who We Are

At United Early Intervention Services, we believe in the power of early, tailored support to help children with developmental delays and disabilities thrive. Our compassionate team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Keyworkers work collaboratively through the Key Worker model to create personalised programs that focus on each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.

We are committed to empowering children and families, supporting the development of communication, social skills, daily living independence, and positive behaviour strategies. Our child- and family-centred approach ensures that goals are meaningful, achievable, and integrated into everyday life.

What We Stand For

Compassion: Every child and family is met with empathy, understanding, and care.

Teamwork: We collaborate closely with families, professionals, and the wider community to support each child’s growth.

Empowerment: Families are provided with the tools, skills, and confidence to actively support their child’s development.

Whole-Child Approach: We address emotional, social, and practical needs alongside developmental milestones.

Integrity: Transparency, honesty, and professionalism guide all our actions.

Commitment to Growth: We value continuous learning to provide the highest quality care.

Our Focus

  • Tailored Support: Programs that match each child’s unique abilities and goals.
  • Skill Building: Developing communication, social, and adaptive skills for independence.
  • Partnerships in Care: Strong collaboration with families and communities to achieve positive outcomes.

Our Purpose

  • Evidence-Based Intervention: Research-backed support for children aged 1–18 years.
  • Encouraging Environments: Spaces where children feel safe, engaged, and inspired to explore.
  • Lifelong Skills: Helping children gain essential abilities to succeed in learning, play, and everyday life.

We take pride in offering culturally inclusive services and practical strategies for families, providing guidance and support to understand, nurture, and celebrate each child’s development.

Support Workers: 0–18 Years

Our Support Workers provide personalised care and guidance for children and young people aged 0–18 years, helping them achieve their developmental goals and participate confidently in daily life. They work closely with families and therapists to:

  • Assist with daily living skills, such as feeding, dressing, hygiene, and routines.
  • Support communication and social skills, including turn-taking, interaction, and play.
  • Implement behaviour strategies and guidance tailored to individual needs.
  • Encourage independence and confidence through structured activities and real-life experiences.
  • Collaborate with the child’s therapy team to reinforce goals set by Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Keyworkers.
  • Provide emotional support and positive engagement, creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Support Workers are vital in helping children and young people reach their full potential, while also empowering families with practical strategies and ongoing guidance.
