Occupational Therapy Services
Our OTs support participants of all ages to gain skills for everyday living, functional independence, and emotional regulation.

Areas we support:
- Daily living skills (cooking, showering, budgeting, etc.)
- Emotional regulation and sensory needs
- Fine and gross motor development
- Executive functioning and goal-setting
- Home safety and minor modifications
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and recommendations
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) and specialist disability accommodation (SDA) assessments and supporting evidence
- School and early learning support, including transitions
- Capacity building for independence and social inclusion


Physiotherapy Services
Our physiotherapists focus on improving movement, strength, and physical capacity through safe and evidence-based approaches.

Areas we support:
- Strength, balance, and coordination
- Gross motor skills
- Achieving developmental milestones
- Pain management and rehabilitation
- Mobility and walking aid prescriptions (e.g. standing frames, walking frames, wheelchairs)
- Falls prevention
- Hydrotherapy (aquatic physiotherapy) for mobility and strength
- Equipment assessments (e.g. for seating or mobility aids)

We collaborate with your support network to ensure that physio goals are meaningful and achievable within your everyday routines.
