• Community Nursing, offering support with medication, wound dressing, catheter care, bowel care, and Tracheostomy Care with High-Intensity Support and restrictive practices.

• Post-operative care and support. Medium-term accommodation post-hospital discharge. Post-discharge assistance for medication, dressing, community support, meal preparation, and household tasks.
