Our purpose is to help people live life to their fullest potential. We have a team of professional Support Coordinators, Support Workers, and Plan Managers that provide the right care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. We respect our participant's right to choice and spend the time tailoring supports and services to each individual to help them live life to their fullest potential.
We are committed to ensuring our participants feel comfortable and secure. We have a team of highly trained empathetic carers ready to support you and your loved ones. We recognise that people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds may be hesitant to seek support due to language barriers or any other beliefs. We are able to allocate support workers that speak your language and respect your beliefs.
Our Support Coordinators take the time to understand the short-, medium-, and long-term goals of our participants and connect them with supports that provide maximise benefit for the funding provided.

Honestly, 9**** C**** has been amazing! The coordinator (P****) is super friendly and easy to talk to, and I love that I have one main point of contact instead of getting bounced around to different people all the time. It just makes things so much easier.
The support workers have all been really great—reliable, friendly and actually a good match for what I need. You can tell they take the time to find the right people instead of just sending anyone.
Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with them and would definetly reccomend to anyone looking for good support!
9**** C**** has been a lifesaver for me. As someone living with mental health challenges, their S**** C**** and S**** W**** services have made managing my NDIS plan so much easier. My S**** C**** is patient, understanding, and always finds the right services to suit my needs. The support workers go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and supported. I finally feel like I’m being heard and cared for. Thank you so much 9D Care!
