M**** are the worst plan managers I've ever dealt with. Constantly chasing up invoices and payments for my providers. Staff never listen to what you say. I only lasted a couple of weeks before changing.

Constantly chasing up payments, never answer emails. Continually say they will do something immediately but I’ve had to chase them for literal months to pay invoices. Effecting the care of an ndis participant by constantly being late on paying support workers. I would never recommend their service.

Over the last 6-12 months M**** has rapidly dropped their level of service. The provider portal which was meant to ensure prompt processing of invoices needs a lot of work, their customer service operators need more training,there is no empathy and as a provider having to constantly call them to ensure they actually action and process invoices is unacceptable, if there is an issue with invoices they will not contact you to discuss. They are very inconsistent with processing times of invoices ex: one week will be a 48 hr turnaround, the following week it will take 5 days, 2 weeks with no clear reasons why.. Having to spend every day calling them to chase up payments is unacceptable.. For the first year of using M**** they were fantastic but greed and poorly trained call centre operators make doing business with them extremely frustrating. I will often get several but different or conflicting answers when calling. Do yourself, your plan and provider a favour and look for a smaller plan manager..

This P**** M**** provider is rubbish. They have an ok online platform (that needs work). But the knowledge of their customer servive officers and the long delays in invoice processing and even just replying back to general enquiries is horrific. My advice is to choose a smaller reputable plan management provider, than actually care and go the extra mile to ensure your being looked after. This plan manager has lost that care factor and I would stay away.

My P**** M**** has been pivotal in my son using his N**** plan. They have been so available, knowledgeable and have helped my son to use his NDIS so much better. They have also helped me as carer with my limited knowledge of technology.
