Core Assist

Core Assist is a proudly Australian-owned and registered NDIS provider built in Sydney’s western suburbs.

We support participants across Western Sydney, greater Sydney, and surrounding communities, working in one of Australia's most multicultural areas. Every participant, family, and story is different; therefore, our support is never copied and pasted. We take the time to understand the person, their culture, family history, challenges, and what they are trying to achieve.

Core Assist has supported the community for years, and we have seen first hand how the right support can change someone’s life. We also understand that many participants come to us after being let down — by poor funding decisions, confusing systems, lack of advocacy, inappropriate supports, or providers who did not do the right thing.

That is where Core Assist is different.

We do not walk away when things get complicated. We step in, advocate, problem-solve, and stand beside our participants and families until things start moving in the right direction. If a participant’s funding does not reflect their needs, we help fight for a better outcome. If previous supports have failed them, we work with families, carers, support coordinators, allied health teams, government agencies, and the NDIS to rebuild stability, safety, and confidence.

Our services include assistance with daily living, personal care, household tasks, transport support, support coordination, community participation, group activities, life skills development, mental health and psychosocial support, therapeutic supports, specialised accommodation, and specialised substitute residential care. We also deliver structured holiday and life skills programs designed to support social connection, personal growth, independence, and meaningful community engagement for children, young people, and adults.

Our team works closely with participants and their families to create tailored support solutions that respect each person’s goals, preferences, lifestyle, culture, and aspirations. We focus on helping people build confidence, develop everyday skills, strengthen independence, and participate more fully in their communities.
