South East Community Care provides experienced Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services, delivering high-quality, efficient, and person-centred support under the NDIS. Our skilled allied health team works closely with participants, families, and support networks to develop clear, goal-focused therapy plans that support communication, daily living skills, independence, and confidence. We also provide comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments and reports to support NDIS planning, reviews, and funding decisions. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where individuals can build skills, connect with their community, and thrive with confidence.
