About

At CEIN, our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services are designed to help participants address behaviours of concern in a way that builds confidence, self-esteem, and independence. We work alongside individuals to help them reach their NDIS goals, build better relationships, reduce behaviours that may be harmful, and ultimately enhance their quality of life. Our approach is collaborative and person-centred. We conduct thorough assessments in partnership with the participant, their family, and support networks. From there, we develop a tailored Positive Behaviour Support Plan and provide practical training to implement effective, evidence-based strategies. We support children and adults with a wide range of disabilities and behavioural needs—including those involving restrictive practices. Our team is made up of highly experienced practitioners from multiple disciplines, with expertise in complex cases such as children in care, forensic settings, and severe psychosocial health conditions.

What sets us apart is the depth of knowledge our practitioners bring. With extensive qualifications, clinical training, and ongoing professional development, our team delivers therapy that is informed, compassionate, and impactful.

Our behaviour support practitioners work closely with other allied health professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care, helping participants achieve their goals with confidence.

πŸ“ Collaborative approach with Service Providers and Support Coordinators.

Our behaviour specialist works closely with other professionals involved in the person’s care to make sure everyone is working towards the same goals.

πŸ“ NDIS Recommendation reports and letters

These are formal documents written to the NDIS to request or support funding for services or items based on the person’s behaviour support needs. We understand what the NDIS is looking for. All recommendation reports are reviewed by our former NDIA Delegate before they leave CEIN, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and aligned with what the NDIS expects.

We work closely with the participant’s network of support to ensure everyone is confident in delivering consistent, respectful support.

We offer flexible service delivery—including in-home, clinic-based, community, and telehealth options—to ensure participants receive support where and how it works best for them.
