Extremely Unprofessional 10 months wait to be seen... 1st telephone interview. Advised sessions could end early if reports can be completed 1st appointment. Again advised sessions could end early 2nd appointment again advised sessions could end early. 3rd appointment asked questions about childhood I couldn't answer at the time. 4th appointment. - cancelled and not advised by sure health as to why!

I was able to get in to see a therapist with no wait time, they are great and the reception team is always friendly and helpful.
