I highly recommend A****. He really knows what he is talking about, and because he is an independent worker, I recieved a very personalised service, rather than being just a number to an agency. he took the time to explain my plan in a very simple way, because i did not understand a lot of it. he also had really innovative ideas for what i could do. a**** was really friendly and easy to talk to, and i really appreciated everything he has done for me.

They helped me understand my plan and what services I could have, making things a lot easier for me. I recommend them for anyone with NDIS funding.

A*** has been B***’s N**** S**** C**** for a couple of years now. As a young adult with high-functioning A****, B******* has been able to establish a very good working relationship with A***. A*** regularly goes out of his way to ensure B*** gets the emotional and operational support that allows him to build independence and confidence. In particular A*** has recently helped find B*** suitable respite accommodation, dealt with his many concerns and visited him there to ensure all was going OK. A*** helps B*** handle being upset when things don’t quite go according to plan, and is flexible to adjusting things at short notice when necessary. A*** has a good network and takes the time to understand B***’s goals, needs, and funding. He proposes workable pathways and solutions. He’s organised improvements to B***’s travel independence, and has negotiated access to excellent support workers and an additional, appropriate day program.
