Karingal Green Health and Community Care

The Karingal Green Wellness Centre delivers innovative, holistic and consumer focused therapy services founded upon clinical excellence and contemporary and emerging research. Our newly formed service offers physiotherapy consultations, pilates and group exercise interventions, hydrotherapy and general practitioner medical care. We will also soon be offering a full multidisciplinary service including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Clinical Psychology services.

 

The Allied Health and Wellness Centre is equipped with state of the art facilities.

• Our pilates studio includes a trapeze table, reformer, and combo chairs
• Our gymnasium includes a multi-station weights unit and commercial grade semi-recumbent exercise bikes and rower.
• We also have standard rehabilitation equipment such as steps, parallel bars and tilt table.
• Our generously sized hydrotherapy pool has ramp and stairs access and brings the outdoors in, looking across onto manicured gardens.
